Kelly Flook leads the monolith technology team, in the Chemistry R&D group of the Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry Division of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Kelly joined Dionex, now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, in 2005 where the scope of her work has been new stationary phase design based on polymer monoliths. Prior to Postdoctoral work at the University of California, Berkeley and the Lawrence Berkeley Nation al Lab, she obtained her PhD from the University of Durham, UK focusing on monolith design for capillary electrochromatography using bicontinuous microemulsions.
