Brett Paull

University of Tasmania, TAS, Australia

  • This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Prof. Paull began his academic career within the School of Chemistry, University of Tasmania, in 1995, moving to Dublin City University in 1998, where he held the position of Associate Professor of Analytical Science, and the Director of the Irish Separation Science Cluster (ISSC). He has recently returned to the University of Tasmania to take up a Professorial post within the Australian Centre for Research on Separation Science. His research interests are based within the fields of analytical and bioanalytical chemistry, particularly fundamental and applied aspects of separation science, including new materials and technologies for application within high-performance liquid and gas chromatography, coupled techniques and micro-fluidic platforms. Prof. Paull is author and co-author of more than 160 published papers, reviews, articles, book chapters etc., in the above fields, and recipient of a number of scientific awards, including the RSC Society of Analytical Chemists Silver Medal.
